The Canadian Telecom company Wind Mobile, the Great White North 4th largest mobile operator has come under the control of Egyptian Orascom. With this development by the company, the CEO of Wind Mobile Anthony Lacavera lost his position in the company. It is also to remember here that Orascom has also its operations in Pakistan by owning the Pakistan’s largest telecom operator Mobilink with millions of customers. Through this fresh deal of AAL Corporation’s Wind Mobile Canada, the sacked CEO has planned to launch Globalive Capital in this year. Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E and Wind Mobile Chairman and CEO Anthony Lacavera jointly announced this deal for transferring the shares of Wind Mobile to Orascom Telecom.
