Ubuntu 14.10 Beta 1 "Utopic Unicorn" going to release by the End of this Week


Stephane Graber, Ubuntu developer at Canonical, officially announces that Ubuntu 14.10 Beta 1 "Utopic Unicorn" is ready to release and will be available for public use by the end of this week. As usual the first beta release is available in all Ubuntu variants including Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Edubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu Studio, Ubuntu GNOME and Ubuntu China.

According to one of the announcement made by Stephane Graber in his mailing list, he state that Ubuntu 14.10 Beta 1 will be released by the end of this week and he will be taking care of all the builds and paperwork.  He also invited other Ubuntu variants for participation flavours on IRC channel. He also state that, "I'm going to assume a participation similar to Alpha-2 and configure cron, propose-migration and the tracker accordingly, then build a first candidate for each of your flavours".
