How to Install DroidCam 1.2 Webcam using PPA on Ubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint

Step Wise Installation of DroidCam 1.2 (Wireless Webcam) using PPA on Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint and other Debian based Linux Distros
Step 1 : First open the terminal and run or copy the following command in terminal to install build-essential tools and linux headers on your Debian based Linux Distros.
$ sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)
Step 2 : Next, run or copy the following command in terminal to add PPA for DroidCam 1.2 on your Debian based Linux Distros.
$ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:paolorotolo/droidcam
Step 3 : Next, run or copy the following command in terminal to update recently added PPA for DroidCam 1.2 in the software repository on your Debian based Linux Distros.
$ sudo apt-get update
Step 4 : Finally, run or copy the following command in terminal to install DroidCam 1.2 on your Debian based Linux Distros.
$ sudo apt-get install droidcam
After installation, search for "DroidCam" either in Unity Dash or in Application menu. Open it and configure the settings so that you can chat with your friends via DroidCam application on your Linux Distro.
