Opera developers officially announces the release of Opera Mini 0.9 Beta browser for Windows Phone devices with minor improvements and fixes. Well currently this beta browser is available for testing purposes with some known issues. So if you are regular user then don't download or install it on your Windows Phone as it might affect your device.

According to announcement at Windows Phone App Center, Opera Mini Beta Browser comes with features like speed dial, tabs and save pages. The speed dial allows you to set all of favorite websites on your browser's home screen and tabs in browser allows you to open more webpages at the same time. The Save pages features helps you to same web pages for later reading purposes.
