Nokia officially announces the availability of HERE Maps Beta App for Android devices. Well as said earlier, currently the Nokia HERE Maps Beta is available for Samsung Galaxy devices on Samsung App store. This App is one of the most awaited app among Galaxy user which allows them to navigate their favorite locations. Samsung paid a huge among of money to Nokia for getting Nokia HERE Maps app for its devices.

According to announcement at Samsung App Store, Nokia HERE app provides several key features like offline navigation, downloadable maps to use offline in around 100 navigable countries, live traffic information for more than 40 countries, personalise your map by saving your favorite places in Collections and location sharing with Glympse.

The Nokia is also planning to expand the business of their HERE Maps app from Windows platform to other platform like Android, iOS and BlackBerry. When the final version of Nokia HERE Maps will published, it will come up with free trial version which allows Android users to test it once on their Android devices.
