Linux Mint development team officially announces the release of OEM Images of Linux Mint 17.1 "Rebecaa" both in Cinnamon and MATE Desktop flavor. Well as you know that the OEM images are especially designed for computer vendors and manufacturers. These OEM Images allows Linux Mint to be "pre-installed" on a machine which is then used by another person than the one who performed the installation.

According to official announcement, OEM images of Linux Mint 17.1 "Rebecaa" in Cinnamon and MATE flavors available for download which you can download the links given below. If you don't want to download then you could also upgrade your existing Mint to newer one. There are lot of improvements and changes are made in Linux Mint 17.1 "Rebecca" edition. First download the OEM images of either one of the flavor including Cinnamon and MATE Desktop then install it on your machine. After OEM installation, the computer is set in such as way that the next reboot features a small setup screen where the new user has the ability to choose his username, password, keyboard layout and locale.
