Skype 2.21 for Windows Phone 8.1 & 8 receives Photo Sharing Support
Skype development team officially announces the release of updated Skype 2.21 App for Windows Phone 8.1 and 8 devices. From past few months, the developers are working to enhance the user chat experience which includes improving push notifications and synchronising read messages across devices.
According to official announcement, this updated Skype 2.21 App for Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows Phone 8 receives support for picture or photo sharing. Well this feature was quite in demand from past few months and developers consistently working on it and finally they have released it for Windows Phone devices. This feature allows you to send photos to your friends and family even when they are offline.
The main highlighted feature of Skype 2.21 App is its capability to send photos to one or more contacts and also receive photos from friends and family who uses iPhone, Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows Phone 8 devices. If you share a photo among your friends and if they use different platform than yours then they will receive URL link to open the pictures.
