CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-1 receives Updated DRBL & Turkish Language Files
CloneZilla development team officially announces the release of CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-1 with minor updated packages. This is the development series and the first unstable release under 2.2.4.x series. It primarily includes updated packages with no bug fixes and is available for testing purposes.
According to official announcement, CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-1 comes with updated package drbl 2.9.16-drbl1 and updated clonezilla 3.10.27-drbl1. It also includes addition of turkish language files. The underlying GNU/Linux operating system is upgraded and it is based on Debian Sid repository.
As you know that CloneZilla Live is a Linux distro which is based on DRBL, Partclone and udpcast which allows users to do bare metal backup and recovery. CloneZilla Live 2.4.1-11 available for Testing with Updated Kernel 3.16.7 & Other fixes
CloneZilla development team officially announces the release of CloneZilla Live 2.4.1-11 with minor new changes and fixes. The underlying GNU/Linux operating system is upgraded in this release and based on Debian Sid repository. This is just a maintenance release primarily available for testing purposes.
According to official announcement, CloneZilla Live 2.4.1-11 comes with support for Package cloudfuse along with updated Linux Kernel to 3.16.7-ckt9-2. Among other updates, it also includes AWS S3 and OpenStack Swift resource in the image. You can also download the latest CloneZilla Live 2.4.1-11 Image to install it on your machine.
CloneZilla Live is a small bootable GNU/Linux distro for x86/amd64 based computers. It basically provides Live CD which contains all the necessary utilities and libraries for cloning the content of hard disk drives. This distribution also offers minimalistic, text-mode interface, specifically designed to load fast enough to help system administrators and regular users. CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-12 released with Kernel 3.16.2, Syslinux 6.03 & few Bugfixes
CloneZilla development team officially announces the release of CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-12 with minor new changes and bug fixes. Well like regular release, this release also includes minor bug fixes and few updated packages. The underlying GNU/Linux operating system is now upgraded and this release also based on Debian Sid repository.
According to official announcement, CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-12 comes with updated Linux Kernel to 3.16.2-3 along with updated Syslinux to 6.03-pre20. Apart from this, the partclone package is updated to 0.2.73.drbl1 with new support for f2fs and updated exfat lib. CloneZilla Live 2.3.2-2 released with Updated Partclone 0.2.75 & Btrfs Imaging
CloneZilla development team officially announces the release of CloneZilla Live 2.3.2-2 with new features and other bugfixes. As you already knew that CloneZilla Live is a Linux Distro based on DRBL, Parclone and udpcast which allows its users to do bare metal backup and recovery.
According to official announcement, CloneZilla Live 2.3.2-2 comes with new option "-i, --image-size" description in the usage of ocs-sr and Partclone is updated to 0.2.75 along with updated Btrfs imaging. This release also includes an encryption mechanism for CloneZilla image files and the default volume size is now set as 4096MB instead of 2000MB. Apart from these new addition, CloneZilla Live 2.3.2-2 also includes minor bugfixes including fixed bug when checking if LVM exists in restoring, we should only check that in the image dir, not in the local partitions layout. The volume size unit is MB, while "M" was used for split. Another bug is fixed where when no ethernet card exists, CloneZilla dialog menu was not shown for Ubuntu based CloneZilla live.
