CloneZilla development team officially announces the release of CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-12 with minor new changes and bug fixes. Well like regular release, this release also includes minor bug fixes and few updated packages. The underlying GNU/Linux operating system is now upgraded and this release also based on Debian Sid repository.

According to official announcement, CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-12 comes with updated Linux Kernel to 3.16.2-3 along with updated Syslinux to 6.03-pre20. Apart from this, the partclone package is updated to 0.2.73.drbl1 with new support for f2fs and updated exfat lib. Among other package updates, drbl package is updated to 2.9.22-drbl1 and clonezilla is updated to 3.10.33-drbl1. Also, review recent Linux Distro News to know what's new in them ?

Among other changes, CloneZilla Live 2.2.4-12 includes addition of new packages like f2fs-tools, iw, davfs2, fstransform and rfkill. It also includes language files of Turkish. As we have discussed that, CloneZilla Live is distro which is based DRBL, Partclone and udpcast which allows its users to do bare metal backup and recovery.
