Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo officially receives Android 4.4.2 KitKat Update
The Samsung officially announces the release of Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo Smartphone. As you know that Samsung announced Galaxy Note 3 Neo in the starting of this year but at the time of its release it supports Android 4.3 Jelly Beans operating system, now the company has now provided the update of Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
According to official announcement made by XDA developers, it is confirmed that Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo Smartphone officially receives an update for Android 4.4.2 KitKat. This handset is quite popular among Indian customers because of its advances specs. The XDA also claims that phablet is also eligible for this update in India.
All the Galaxy Note 3 Neo users might receive a notification about updating their current Android 4.3 Jelly Beans to Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. If someone doesn't notification about Android upgrade then you must install it manually by going to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update. Currently, this update is available by OTA (Over The Air) in stages which means not all the galaxy note 3 neo users will get Android update at same time.
The Android 4.4.2 KitKat update available for Galaxy Note 3 Neo comes with new changes like lock screen has camera now, status bar has white icons (H+, battery), notification drawer icons have changed, lock screen shows album art while music is played and posting latest screenshots.
