Canonical & Ubuntu organizes Unicorn Origami Competition at dConstruct Event
Giorgio Venturi officially announces that recently Canonical was present at dConstruct conference, held at Brighton in Great Britain, where the Canonical team disclosed how to make Unicorn Origami. The Brighton mostly known for being a overcrowded place along with home of thriving community of designers, makers and entrepreneurs.
The dConstruct is an event where creative minds around the globe are gathered every year and discuss important themes about digital innovation and culture. This year's dConstruct event is sponsored by Canonical where they primarily flashes orange banner of Ubuntu and a number of Origami Unicorns.
According to report, it is revealed that lot of event attendees gave positive response. The Canonical team also had few BQ phones on display where they showed new features and designs. This event provides fresh information regarding the user experience on phone and across a variety of apps.
The team also presents pre-release models of BQ phones which doesn't have final shell but still display softkeys which results lot of confused people. So, the team quickly design their custom BQ phone by using a bunch of Ubuntu stickers.
The Canonical team also organizes the "Make your Unicorn" competition where maker of best origami unicorn will be awarded with a new phone. The attendees did not hesitate to tackle the complex paper-bending challenge and came up with a bunch of creative outcomes. This competition gave s wonderful and unexpected response.
