Karbonn Sparkle V (First Android One Handset) arrives in UK for Sale Only for £130
Google few months ago launched their new Android One Project through which they try to sell cheap Android smartphones with almost advanced features. Well there might be a great opportunity for those who seeks to purchase cheap Android handsets but have advanced features. Currently, Google launches its first handset powered by Android One Project.
According to announcement by Amazon UK, Karbonn Sparkle V smartphone officially arrives for sale in UK at a cheap price and this is the first smartphone which comes under Android One Project sponsored by Google. The specs of Karbonn Sparkle V includes Android 4.4 KitKat, 1.3GHz Quad Core processor, 5MP camera, 4.5 inch capacitive touchscreen, 4GB ROM, 1GB RAM and MicroSD upto 32GB.
As you know that Google already launched its Android One Project in India but didn't get much attraction because of local retailers who shows their disapproval for this project. Google some how manage to sell their Android One handsets with the help of India based OEMs such as Karbonn, Spice and Micromax.
UK is the second country where Google just started to sell Android One devices and they have started by selling first Android One device, Karbonn Sparkle V which is currently listed on Amazon UK. The price of this Android handset is much lower than any other handset which is around £130 and also offers advanced specs along with guaranteed upgrade to Android Lollipop 5.0. YotaPhone 2 with Two Screens soon available for Sale from 3rd December
Earlier this year, YotaPhone was display at Mobile World Congress 2014 and now its upgraded second version will be available for launch on 3rd December 2014 in London, UK. The YotaPhone is famous because it is the first handset which provides two display screen on smartphone one for reading ebooks and other to handle normal operations of smartphone.
According to one of the tweet at YotaPhone Twitter account, it is officially confirmed that YotaPhone 2 will be presented on 3rd December 2014 at an event in London. This is the second release of YotaPhone which already made its debut in the summer of this year. During this event, YotaPhone was display for sale and soon will be available for sale in several countries around the world.
Currently, it is quite unclear where and when it will be available for sale, but UK citizens will be the first ones to get YotaPhone because event is taking place in UK and the company is also planning to launch it in UK first. The price of YotaPhone 2 is not published yet but according to experts it is believed that the price would be around $295.
If we talk about specifications of YotaPhone 2 smartphone, then it will include 4.3 inch screen display with E Ink Screen. It is powered by 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memeory. It also supports 8MP rear camera and 2MP frontend camera. Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini soon available for Sale in UK via Phones4U
South Korea based Samsung Smartphones officially announces the availability of Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini Smartphone in UK. Well the online retailer, Phones4U already listed Galaxy S5 Mini smartphone under the category of coming soon phones on their webstore. Apart from Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone, the store is also planning to bring Nokia Lumia 930 for sale in UK countries.
According to official announcement, it is officially confirmed that Galaxy S5 Mini and Nokia Lumia 930 smartphones soon going to available for sale in UK. There are rumours that this phone might be available from mid-July. Currently, this phone is available via Phones4U but soon will be available via other online reatilers.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini smartphone comes with 4.5 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with 720p HD resolution. It is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 3470 processor or Snapdragon 400 CPU along with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB internal memory storage which is further expanable up to 64GB via microSD memory card. It runs on default Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
Apart from this, for camera clickers, Galaxy S5 Mini brings 8MP rear camera with auto-focus, LED flash and has the capability of HD video recordings. It also offers 2.1MP front facing camera. If we look at network connectivity, then this phone supports 4G LTE connectivity along with 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS reciever.
