Verizon based Motorola Moto X (2nd Gen) officially receives Android 5.0 Lollipop Update

There is a good news for all Motorola's Moto X users because Verizon officially announces that they soon going to roll out update for Android 5.0 Lollipop for those who have bought Motorola Moto X (2nd Gen) smartphones from their official stores. You may also know that Nexus models are still facing the issues because of bugs which are not fixed yet, but Google claims that they are trying their best to fix all those issues and resumes the rollout of Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
According to official announcement by Verizon, The Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Moto X (2nd Gen) comes with Android beyond smartphones and tablets and allows its users to access apps and Android services on other connected screens like TV, cars and wearables. The new design of Android 5.0 Lollipop offers complex animations and 3-D views, 64-bit ABI support and improved runtime. Well the update will be available via OTA and might be of 678MB in size.
The main highlighted feature of Android 5.0 Lollipop update includes improved design, better visibility, notifications, screens and locking, settings, apps, new interruptions and downtime setings, share your device, Moto specific actions, battery, internet, performance and security. This update also includes updating some of the specifics of Moto X including Moto display, Moto assist, ambient display and Moto actions. Nexus 6 confirmed to arrive with 2.7 Snapdragon 805, 5.9 inch QHD Display
The confirmed specifications of upcoming Motorola Shamu, known as Nexus 6, are revealed by sources on Twitter. Well this information is shared by @r0fl on Twitter by uploading a snapshot which shows some of the specifications of Nexus 6 smartphone.
According to snapshots leaked by r0fl on Twitter, it is officially confirmed that the upcoming Nexus 6 will include QHD screen display and will be powered by 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 processor. The specifications of Nexus 6 are almost revealed by sources before the final launch of Nexus 6 which is going to happen next month.
Till yet, we have also learned that Nexus 6 going to introduce 5.9 inch screen display which is much larger than Nexus 5. On the other hand, the Motorola company is also planning to launch Nexus 6 in smaller variation with 5.2 inch screen display for those who likes to use smaller sized smartphones.
Apart from screen display, Nexus 6 also going to introduce Adreno 420 graphics processing unit with at least 3GB RAM. The screen display will provide 2560 x 1440 pixels screen resolution with 560ppi density. By default, it will offers 32GB internal memory but only 24GB storage is available for users use. Moto E, Moto G & Moto X soon going to receive Android 4.4.4 KitKat Update
Motorola Smartphones officially announces the release of Android 4.4.4 KitKat update for its Moto E, Moto G and Moto X smartphones. According to sources, it is believed that currently this update is available for Moto users in Australia regions. As you know that Motorola already publish the Android KitKat update for Moto G smartphone last month and now they are planning to provide this update to rest of its handsets.
According to official announcement, it is officially confirmed that Moto E, Moto X and Moto G smartphones going to receive update for Android 4.4.4 KitKat with new features. This software update primarily includes new features, enhancements and bug fixes. You can download the update via WiFi connection and also install it manually by going to Settings > Above phone > System updates and check for updates.
The Android 4.4.4 KitKat update for Moto X and Moto E includes accuracy improvements to the power profile, several stability, framework and security fixes including update to OpenSSL. This update also includes improved camera image quality such as better consistency of exposure, more realistic flash colouring, improved photos in low light conditions using front camera. Moto X+1 Images Leaked with Specs like Power Button & Sensor Support
The upcoming handset of Motorola's Moto X+1 smartphone's photos are leaked online from an unidentified sources. The leaked images of upcoming Moto X+1 also reveal that this phone might be succesor of Moto X series smartphone with enhanced features.
According to one of the annoucement at Tktechnews.com, the images of Moto X+1 reveals that the Moto logo on back of handset is actually a power button which will be used to operate several operations of this smartphone. The Moto App returns on home screen which means that this handset might provide information about latest and upcoming apps for Moto users.
According to sources, it is also believed that this handset might also include four sensors on front where as some of the sources believed that there will be 2 sensors instead of 4 sensors and some believe that they might be 3D sensors which will be used to display at specific angle. Nexus 6 going to arrive with 5.9 inch Display & Turbo Charger Support
Google officially publishes the specifications of their next flagship, Nexus 6 smartphone. As you know that Google Nexus 6 is in news and rumors from past few months and lot of Android fans are waiting for its launch, so that they can upgrade their older Nexus handsets. Google tried its best to maintain some difference between specifications of Nexus 5 and Nexus 6.
According to one of the announcement at AndroidPolice, Google Nexus 6 smartphone comes with 5.9 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 2560 x 1440 pixels screen resolution. There are also some rumors that Google might release two separate flavors of Nexus 6, one with latest specs whereas another one with similar specs of Nexus 5.
As we all know that Nexus 6 is sponsored by Motorola and will named as Motorola Shamu. The outer design of Nexus 6 will be quite similar as Motorola Moto X with minor difference. It will also introduce black stereo speakers in front where as the power button is placed in the bottom of one side of smartphone.
The entire body of Nexus 6 or Motorola Shamu will be build from aluminum frame. Among other specs, it includes 13 MP rear camera with autofocus, dual flash ring and OIS. This handset also support Motorola's turbo charger which charges its battery for 8 hours of usage in just 15 minutes.
