Well this is the beta version which might contain several bugs or issues. According to official announcement, the beta version of Tweetium runs only on Windows Phone 8.1 and only existing tweetium owners can install this beta version. The existing users won't be charged any charge for installing this beta release. If you are a Pro subcriber via Windows app, then your Pro subcription carries over as well.

The settings and read state of Tweetium can be manage from Windows PCs/devices. This app is lock screen capable and includes live tile functionality. This app is also considered as Universal App which provides unified development tools which are available for app builders and works on both Windows and Windows Phone.
