Manjaro 0.8.10 receives Tenth Update Pack with Updated Kernels & Updates Apps
Rob McCathie, developer at Manjaro, officially announces the release of tenth update pack for Manjaro 0.8.10 with few updated packages along with minor fixes. Up to now Manjaro 0.8.10 receives 9 update packs and now this one is the tenth one. The developers still continuously fixing the issues which are coming across while developing for stable release.
According to official announcement, the tenth update pack of Manjaro 0.8.10 comes with point release for many kernels including 3.10.58, 3.12.28, 3.14.18 and 3.16.2 versions. The Firefox browser is updated to version 32.0.1 which brings some security and bug fixes along with few performance improvements to HTTP caching and password and add-on managers. Among other updates, this update pack also includes updated Mesa which is updated from 10.2 version to 10.2.7 version with several bug fixes. The other updated application includes PHP 5.6.0, LXPanel 0.7.0, SMPlayer 14.9.0, VirtualBox 4.3.16, Budgie Desktop 7, Clang/LLVM 3.5.0, and also includes updates to other softwares like Samba, Boost, Gambas and some KDE components.
