Google Chrome 37 Beta Browser released with Fixes and Improvements

Google Chrome team officially announces the release of Google Chrome 37 Beta with new changes and bug fixes. This is a beta version which includes bug fixes and other improvements and available for testing purposes.

According to official announcement, Google Chrome 37 Beta browser comes with disabled screen metrics emulator before closing render widget. This is a speculative fix for crash where screen metrics emulator is being disabled during shutdown as emulator uses compositor, so it should shutdown before willCloseLayerTreeView is called.

This beta release also allows 0 fps frame rates in deserializable manner. Earlier some webcams mainly Win XSplit broadcaster indicate 0 fps frame rate when they are not started or configured. This rate is not deserializable. This CL allows supported formats with 0 fps to be received via IPC. Also, review complete list of all changes in Chrome 37 beta browser.
