GNOME File Manager, Nautilus 3.14 RC1 comes with Translation Updates & Fixes


GNOME community officially announces the release of Nautilus 3.13 which is the first release candidate under Nautilus 3.14 series. As you know that Nautilus is the default file manager for GNOME based distros. It supports browsing local filesystems as well as filesystems available through the GVFS system including FTP sites, Windows SMB shares and OBEX protocol.

According to official announcement, Nautilus 3.14 RC1 comes with fixed problems with fast group/owner changes along with fixed user list for owner changes. This release uses margin-start/end instead of deprecated margin-left/right and also comes with few translation updates. Among other fixes, it includes fixed floating bar CSS style after Adwaita GTK move and fixed build glitch with enums file.

This is the RC release which includes fixes which were reported since previous release and will be the base for upcoming stable Nautilus 3.14 release. This release may not include new features but includes minor fixes. You might also like to check out other latest Software News on our website.
