Ebook Creator, Calibre 1.47 released with Cover Grid Support & Minor Bug Fixes

Calibre team officially announces the release of Calibre 1.47 with new changes and bug fixes. This release primarily includes fixes of previous release and improves New Yorker news sources. As you know that Calibre is used to convert eBook files from one format to another.

According to official announcement, Calibre 1.47 comes with cover grid feature which allows user defined emblems to be displayed next to covers. The Ebook viewer now uses wiktionary.org and wordnik.com as dictionary providers instead of dict.org. This updated release also allows customizing the templates which are used for creating new, blank HTML/CSS files via Preferences->Editor settings.

This release also format the series number using roman numerals when inserting a metadata jacket. This behavior can be disabled by using a custom jacket template. A new function author links is introduced for each author of a book returns the author link value entered in Manage Authors.
