4MLinux development team officially announces the release of 4MLinux 9.1 Server Edition with new features and few fixes. As you know that 4MLinux offers several flavors like Media, Multiboot, Allinone, Rescue and Server. Well the 4Mlinux Server edition is a special distro which is based in Busybox, Dropbear, OpenSSH abd PuTTY.

According to official announcement, 4MLinux 9.1 Server Edition comes with updated applications and packages. The servers controlled by inted daemon includes FTP (vsftpd 3.0.2), HTTP/HTTPS (Busybox 1.22.1 with Stunnel 5.0.2) SSH/SFTP (OpenSSH 6.6p1) and telnet. The main security components of this release are 4MLinux Firewall 9.1 which is based on iptables 1.4.21 and Clam AntiVirus 0.98.4. The programming environment of 4MLinux 9.1 Server Edition includes Apache 2.4.10 build of PHP 5.5.15 with cURL 7.37.0 support, Perl 5.20.0 and DBMS (SQLite 3.8.5, MariaDB 10.0.12 with Adminer 4.1.0.
